INTERNATIONAL MARKETING & SALES STRATEGY

Following a resource-based approach to strategy, we begin each consulting project with a thorough analysis of the client company’s resources and capabilities and a diagnostic of its current marketing and sales system (go-to-market system).

Based on this analysis we identify with the client the profitable and achievable market segments and create attractive value propositions for these segments, taking into account international aspects of each identified segment.

This strategy and design phase involves top management as well as managers in product development, operations, marketing and sales.

COLLABORATIVE APPROACH

Collaboration and buy-in of all management and operators is crucial for a sustainable success of the go-to-market system. We therefore make sure throughout the consulting process that all stakeholders are involved and aligned with the strategy direction. Resource or capability deficiencies are addressed immediately. Being a marketing & sales consultancy, our specific focus is always on the go-to-market system, which in the implementation phase involves needs-based product development, pricing strategy, marketing mix, sales force management, channel management and customer service.

IMPLEMENTATION

A strategy is only as good as its implementation. This is why our consulting services are complemented by services that help implement the marketing and sales strategies that we have developed together with the client. Our implementation services range from sales force and customer service training, language and communication training to more extensive interim management projects and contracting services. For some clients, for example, we operate a full export management service for specific markets.
